A Note From Andrea: Healthy Spring Planning
I love spring and look forward to seeing my rhubarb, perennial herbs and tulips come up every year. I would encourage you to grow something green this year either in planters, your backyard or at a community garden. If you have been hibernating over the winter, this is a good time to get outside and get going again on some outdoor fitness.
