What I love about this book is that it is a great starting place for anyone with anorexia, bulimia or binge eating disorder that needs practical guidance to discuss food preparation and eating, while providing some recipes you can feel comfortable using. This book combines the expertise of dietitian Lori Lieberman with over 25 years experience specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating, with the experience of Cate Sangster who knows first hand what it is like to live with anorexia and push towards recovery. The book anticipates food fears and provides encouraging responses to help move past them along with some delicious recipes you can move towards.
