- Start my morning off with a tall class of water (despite being a dietitian, getting enough water is always something I need to work at).
- Minimum two good fitness efforts per week (everything else is a bonus).
- Attend my weekly meditation class.
- On weekdays, ensure lunch is packed the night before (ideally right after supper).
