Freezer Friendly Focus
Not sure how your month is going, but weekday meals can be a struggle for our family after a long work day and a short window of time to get food on the table before either my 4-year old son has a meltdown or his mom! One of my favorite things to do is prepare something in bulk on the weekend to save me time during the week. Since my son Saul enjoys cooking, it makes for some good family time together AND we reap the benefits of tasty homemade food. Here are three of our family favorites that you can serve with a salad or plate of raw veggies and dip for busy weekday meals:
