To my excitement, my son wanted a pasta maker for his 12^th Birthday!

We did some research and ended up getting this Marcato Atlas 150 online. When it arrived he was able to follow a recipe and make homemade spaghetti all on his own. We had a wonderful family supper that night and he was so proud that he made it himself.

I’m a huge advocate for teaching children to cook, involving them in meal planning and grocery shopping. Although you may not want another gadget, some of these kitchen tools are great to get kids involved!
