Any tips for weightloss after oofarectomy in April and now I just had a hysterecotomy…since Dec 2018 I have gained approx 30lbs!!! I’ve been on Lupron depot 6 months ago and I am currently taking premerin forever!! I cannot Excersie heavily right now. I have been in walking 45 mins everyday and normally I workout with weights 3 or 4 days a week…can you help me??
