Working with the Chocoholic Nutritionist, I’m proud to say my favourite thing of the month is… chocolate!
It is especially plentiful at this time of year and so I need to pick carefully. Two of my favourites are Lindt’s Dark Sea Salt and Purdy’s Dark Himalayan Pink Salt Caramels. My oldest daughter works at Purdy’s and so I have a regular supply!
I love to spend an evening with a cup of Celestial Bengal Spice tea and two squares of chocolate while reading a fabulous novel (it just doesn’t happen often enough!)
