This year, my daughter and I joined the Silver Springs edible garden group. What a wonderful experience! We met so many friendly and very knowledgeable gardeners who loved to share their ideas. An expert composter was even invited one evening to enlighten us all.
This summer was perfect gardening weather. My family has eaten spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, beans, peas and zucchini. Now we can enjoy carrots and beets. And homemade beet borscht is a must in my house!
