Our Favourite Things – Individually portioned guacamole cups
I love all things avocado!
However, I know I am not the only person who struggles with keeping guacamole fresh or cutting my avocado at the exact moment that it is ripe enough… but not too ripe.
Individual guacamole cups to the rescue for me!
A friend of mine tipped me off to these little gems and they can be found in the produce cooler at your grocery store.
As someone who often has to pack 1-2 meals and 2-3 snacks with me daily, I love that the individual portion cups pack so well for travel.
Personally, I have been using the mini guacamole portions in wraps with a protein like chicken, shrimp or fish and as a dip for veggies or crackers. I also find it is the perfect amount to make eggs on avocado toast for those weekend breakfasts or quick dinners at home.
