Individual guacamole cups to the rescue for me!
A friend of mine tipped me off to these little gems and they can be found in the produce cooler at your grocery store.
As someone who often has to pack 1-2 meals and 2-3 snacks with me daily, I love that the individual portion cups pack so well for travel.
Personally, I have been using the mini guacamole portions in wraps with a protein like chicken, shrimp or fish and as a dip for veggies or crackers. I also find it is the perfect amount to make eggs on avocado toast for those weekend breakfasts or quick dinners at home.
