Upcoming Healthy Cooking Classes
Enjoy the variety of these upcoming healthy cooking classes in Calgary. A series of classes that covers the spectrum of cooking techniques and healthy meal preparation to take home skills and recipes to use for a lifetime. To join and for more information, please see the information below.
- Cook with Your Kids Classes – Tuesdays, 5:30-7:00 April 29th to June 3rd (more sessions in the fall – see poster below). This is a 6 week series with hands-on participation.
- Gluten Free Baking for Beginners – May 8th & June 12th (members of the Canadian Celiac Association will receive a discount for the June 12th class). For those having to live gluten-free, baking can be an expensive and frustrating challenge. Participants will have an opportunity to work with gluten-free flours, learn how to make their gluten-free baking as healthy as possible, network and learn from others who are living gluten free and more. This is hands-on class targeted at those new to gluten-free baking.
- Spring Clean Your Gluten Free Diet – May 29th (members of the Canadian Celiac Association will receive a discount). This is a demonstration class.
- Canning with a Twist for Adults – June 14th & July 22nd (more sessions in September – see poster below). Hands-on participation.
