Whole Wheat Banana Muffin Recipe
This easy and fast muffin recipe is tasty and very kid-friendly.
Makes 12 muffins.
What you need:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup non-hydrogenated margarine or butter
- 3 overripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
How to prepare:
- preheat oven to 375
- spray muffin tin, or grease, or use paper liners
- beat sugar and margarine with eggs, until creamy.
- sift dry ingredients
- add dry ingredients to wet, and mix just until combined
- stir in mashed bananas, and portion into muffin cups
- bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes
