Avocado Tomato Feta Dip Recipe
This dip is a delicious appetizer to have with taco chips, added on to a green salad, or makes an amazing topping for bbq’ed turkey burgers. Alternatively, you could just eat it with a spoon. Quick and easy, this is great option for those hot summer afternoons.

Makes 6 servings
What you need
1 cup of chopped tomato
2 diced avocado
1/2 cup of diced red or purple onion
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
1 tbsp of lemon juice
How You Prepare
dice vegetables and feta cheese, mix, and stir in vinegar and lemon juice. Tastes even better if you let the ingredients sit for a half hour or so, to mingle.
