Beet and Berry Smoothie Recipe

This boldly coloured smoothie is a great breakfast or post-workout drink.
Makes 2 servings, about 1.5 cups each
What you need:
• 4 small beets
• ½ cup (125 ml) of pomegranate juice, 100% pure
• 2 bananas
• 400 g of Greek yogurt (approximately 1 1/2 cups)
• ½ cup (125 ml) of milk, 1%
• 18 blackberries
How to make:
1. Peel the beets.
2. Toss all ingredients into blender. Hold cover tightly and blend until smooth.
This recipe will yield 3 cups.
