Overnight Oats with Prunes and Pears Recipe

Registered Dietitian, Andrea Holwegner, developed this recipe for overnight oats, including some fall/winter flavours like pears and prunes, combined with almonds.

What you need:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 5 sliced prunes (divided)
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 fresh pear, diced
How to make:
- Mix oats, almond milk, vanilla, maple syrup, hemp hearts, and 4 prunes in a jar, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with remaining prune and fresh pear slices.
