Reducing Cancer Risk: Eat Well, Be Active
Every day we learn more and more about what causes cancer.
But cancer is complex and there is no magic formula – or diet,
or exercise, or lifestyle – to follow that means you definitely won’t develop it.
This doesn’t mean that nothing can be done. Research shows that up to 35% of all cancers can be prevented by:
- eating well
- being active
- maintaining a healthy body weight
