I can’t take personal credit for these words- they popped up randomly on social media a while back however I will say that I absolutely LOVE them.
These words paint a beautiful picture of a message I speak frequently of with clients, friends and typically anyone who will listen.
What is it worth?
What would that ‘dream goal weight’ realistically cost you in your day to day life?
And more importantly, what’s a more realistic goal that provides health, comfort, happiness and WON’T involve sacrificing all of the awesomeness that life has to offer?
