Watermelon Feta Salad
Sweet, Tart and Salty Summer Salad Recipe
This refreshing salad goes well with any meal during the warmer months. Watermelon Feta Salad is especially good when paired with a BBQ meat, BBQ baked potatoes and grilled vegetables.
Makes 4 servings
What you Need
- ¼ large watermelon, cubed
- ¼ red onion, diced
- 1/3 cup feta, crumbed
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- ¼ cup shredded or diced fresh basil
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh ground black pepper to taste
How to Prepare Watermelon Feta Salad
- Prep all ingredients.
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Toss together, chill until ready to eat.
