Maple Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries Recipe Print

Makes 4 servings
What you need:
- 1lb brussels sprouts
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
How you prepare:
- preheat oven to 425
- trim sprout ends, and slice large ones in half
- drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss to coat
- spread on to baking sheet, and roast for 15-25 minutes
- remove from oven and toss with maple syrup and balsamic vinegar, then add cranberries
