Oat N’ Raisin Cookies

Makes 48 cookies

What You Need

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup soft tub non-hydrogenated margarine/butter
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 3/4 cup coconut
  • 3/4 cup raisins

How to Make the Oat N’ Raisin Cookies

  1. Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla and margarine/butter.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients except raisins and stir until well mixed.
  3. Add raisins and mix well.
  4. Drop by a spoon onto a cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 14 minutes.
