3 Ingredient Pork Chop Recipe

A quick, simple and delicious meal

Serves 6  

 

 

What You Need  

  

1 Tbsp vegetable oil  

6 boneless pork chops (approximately 6 ounces each)  

1 jar of your favorite salsa – a mango or pineapple one is nice with pork (16 oz)  

 

 

How you make Salsa Pork Chops  

 

  1. Add the vegetable oil to a pre-heated cast iron or oven-proof skillet 
  2. Pan fry the pork chops until slightly browned 
  3. Pour jar of salsa over the pork chops and simmer on stovetop until done or bake in the oven at 350F until done (20 – 25 minutes depending on the thickness of your pork chops.) 

 

Serve with rice, steamed veggies and a side salad for a balanced meal.
