3 Ingredient Pork Chop Recipe

Looking for a super simple dinner recipe that tastes great? Try this simple recipe for salsa pork chops for your next weeknight meal. It’s ready in a hurry and you probably have everything you need in your pantry.
Serves 6
What You Need
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
6 boneless pork chops (approximately 6 ounces each)
1 jar of your favorite salsa – a mango or pineapple one is nice with pork (16 oz)
How you make Salsa Pork Chops
- Add the vegetable oil to a pre-heated cast iron or oven-proof skillet
- Pan fry the pork chops until slightly browned
- Pour jar of salsa over the pork chops and simmer on stovetop until done or bake in the oven at 350F until done (20 – 25 minutes depending on the thickness of your pork chops.)
Serve with rice, steamed veggies and a side salad for a balanced meal.
