Simple Salmon Salad Recipe

Are you looking for a new snack or lunch recipe that is packed with protein? Try this delicious salmon salad recipe that is high in protein, tangy, creamy and packed with FLAVOUR. It makes the perfect summer snack to bring to a dinner party or brought to an outdoor picnic. 
 
What I also love that it is very inexpensive and quick to make! Here’s what you’ll need:

What You Need

Salmon Salad Recipe Ingredients

 

  • 2 150 g cans of pink wild salmon (I used clover leaf), drained
  • 1/3 cup classic mayo (I used Sir Kensington’s)
  • 1/2 a medium size shallot or small shallot, finely diced
  • 6 small mini Crunch’ems garlic rush dill pickle, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper 

Optional: crackers, chips, bread

How To Make the Salmon Salad Recipe:

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Serve on your favourite toasted bread or enjoy as a dip with your favourite chip or cracker.
